Magic Of Muscle Testing

What if your body could help you uncover answers—you simply needed to learn how to ask?

In Secrets of a Healer – Magic of Muscle Testing, Dr. Constance Santego shares the techniques she has used and taught for decades as part of her holistic practice. She introduces muscle testing as a tool for exploring the connection between the conscious and subconscious mind and for investigating patterns related to the body, mind, and soul.

Beginning with the foundations of muscle testing, the book guides readers through seven different testing methods, including arm testing, the body pendulum, surrogate testing, pulse reading, finger lock, pendulum work, and paper testing.

But the book goes far beyond learning how to get a simple yes-or-no response. Dr. Santego explores how to formulate clear, specific questions and introduces meridians, muscle and organ relationships, balancing techniques, Yin and Yang, and the Five Element system. Readers are also given practical examples and questions they can use to explore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas of their lives.

Part instructional guide and part exploration of holistic energy practices, Magic of Muscle Testing gives readers a hands-on introduction to a fascinating technique that Dr. Santego has incorporated into both her personal life and professional teaching.

Learn to ask better questions, recognize the body’s responses, and explore a different way of understanding balance.
