Daily Practice Method
- Choose 1–5 declarations that resonate most right now.
- Say them out loud in front of a mirror or comfortably in bed before sleep, 3 times each.
- Visualize receiving (a payment, gift, or opportunity) while speaking them.
- Write them down in a journal at least once daily to reinforce them.
Abundance Mindset Ritual
Step 1 – Choose Your Space
- Stand in front of a mirror (or comfortably in bed before sleep).
- If you like…place one hand gently over your heart to connect with your energy.
Step 2 – Center Yourself
- Take a slow, deep breath.
- Exhale, releasing any tension.
- Whisper or think to yourself: “I am open to receive.”
Step 3 – Speak Your Declarations
- Look into your own eyes in the mirror (or close your eyes in bed).
- Say each declaration 3 times, hand on heart (optional).
- Feel the words vibrate in your body — don’t rush.
Example Flow:
- “Abundance is my natural state.” (x3)
- “The more I celebrate receiving, the more abundance comes to me.” (x3)
- Do only one per night…or continue through your chosen list.
Step 4 – Anchor the Energy
- Take one last deep breath. “I receive this truth now. Abundance is who I am.”
Step 5 – Integration
- In the mirror: Walk away carrying that energy into your day.
- In bed: Drift into sleep, letting your subconscious amplify the affirmations overnight.
