How to Choose Today

Between soups, broths, and one-pot meals

Some days you’ll feel hungry.
Some days you won’t.
Some days thinking about food is already too much.

This guide is not about nutrition rules—it’s about listening to the body where it is today.

Choose BROTH if:

  • Appetite is very low
  • Digestion feels fragile
  • You feel emotionally overwhelmed
  • Fatigue feels deep or heavy
  • Chewing feels like too much

What your body is asking for:
Warmth, hydration, minerals, and nervous system safety.

A mug of broth is still nourishment.

Choose SOUP if:

  • You want something warm and comforting
  • You can eat but don’t want heaviness
  • Energy is low but stable
  • You want nourishment without effort

What your body is asking for:
Gentle digestion, warmth, and reassurance.

Soup bridges the gap between rest and nourishment.

Choose a ONE-POT MEAL if:

  • Hunger is present
  • Energy feels steadier
  • You need something filling
  • Mood or blood sugar feels low
  • You want one meal to last more than one serving

What your body is asking for:
Stability, grounding, and sustained energy.

One pot means fewer decisions and more support.

If You’re Unsure

When in doubt, choose the warmest and easiest option.

You can always add more later.
You do not need to eat “enough” to heal—just enough for today.

Winter Reset Reminder

Your needs will change day to day.
That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It means your body is communicating.

Listening is the practice.
